Submersible electric motors (SEM - in abbreviated form) are intended for a long mode of operation at 50 Hz a.c. mains as ESP drives and produced of the four outer diameters: 103, 117, 130 and 180 mm, the rated capacity ranging from 12 up to 500 kW. Alnas produces over / i 60 modifications of electric submersible motors of different rated ; capacities so that to allow sizing of the most optimum Motor-Pump i combinations to provide maximum efficiency of ESP operation.
High production technology provides high quality and reliability of Alnas electric submersible motors.
Closed slot stator laminations (Fig. 1) allow for a smooth stator bore
and efficient magnetic flux paths, thus combining motor efficiency with
stator reliability. To improve motor run life we use tubular slot insulation
(Fig. 5). Stator winding wire is Du-Pont insulated (Fig. 4). :
Should the well require tandem motors, Alnas ESP motors have safe internal motor-to-motor connection. The contact points are submerged in the internal motor oil flow, which reduces the possibilities of hot spots at the connection points and outside mechanical damage. |
