You cannot afford to be without a gas separator if you are engaged in oil recovery from wells with a high content of free gas.
Gas separator is installed after pump intake or instead of it, in case if gas separator is combined with pump intake.

Operation principle of centrifugal separator is based on using centrifugal force for free gas removing. By returning the gas to the casing through vent ports, deterioration pump performance, pump cavitation and motor load fluctuations are significantly reduced. Thus, Alnas gas separator will extend continuous in-the-well life of your ESP system.
- Ceramic or hard alloy radial and axial bearings are applied in the design of presented gas separators.
- Bush sleeve made of stainless tempered steel protects the gas separator housing from abrasive influence
of the fluid.
- Flow cavity details, tail, screw (separation units) are made of stainless steel and Ni-resist.
